The 4D scan is similar to the 3D scan, but with MORE! This is the only scan where you will see baby moving around, and you get to take the video clips AND images home with you!

The babies always look so like their scans - it’s amazing to see when sometimes we see them opening their eyes, smiling, sucking their thumb & whatever else baby feels like getting up to at the time!

• We use the latest HD Live / 5D technology as standard - no hidden charges here!

• The best time to come for this scan is 28-31 weeks, but don’t worry… anything from 26 weeks is still good & we will always try and get amazing pictures at 32 weeks and beyond.  After 32 weeks, the later the gestation, it can be difficult to move the baby into a good position if they’re not posing so we don’t recommend coming after this period but always happy to try.

• Don’t worry if your baby is in a breech position or your placenta is positioned at the front – we will always get our best possible pictures for you regardless of any obstacles!  That’s why our experience stands us apart from other clinics.

• We always include growth measurements in this scan & can tell you roughly what baby’s current weight is.  We’re even pretty good at having a guess at what baby might weigh when they’re born!

• Double checking the baby’s gender (if requested), and assessment of the amniotic fluid & umbilical cord is also included in this scan.

• The scan appointment time is much longer for the 4D scan package (as opposed to the 3D scan).

  Also 4 x printed 3D photographs (5 x 7”) are included with this scan, along with your regular black & white 2D pictures.  You also get to take home our USB which will contain all the 2D & 3D images, and 4D video clips from your scan which you will have forever to watch again & again.  You can add on any extras at the time of the scan; options include extra glossy photos, heartbeat teddies etc.
